Donofrio vs Wells, US Supreme Court - Obama not eligible!
“Between these alternatives there is no middle ground. The constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means, or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it.”
“If then the courts are to regard the constitution; and the constitution is superior to any ordinary act of the legislature; the constitution, and not such ordinary act, must govern the case to which they both apply.”

GOPMom Note: Bill Ayers wants 15 more minutes.
And more from Bill Ayers in today’s NYT. Well, he’s still not finished telling his side of the story. For all his protestations of being drawn in to the public eye, he’s certainly enjoying the attention - and the probable profits.

GOPMOM Note - The Holloway Family still being victimized
With all that is happening in the news this week, I have to confess I’m just not interested. I’m not interested in the bailout BS happening in Washington - and across the nation as every state, town, bank and hot dog stand in the country lines up for their share. I could care less that [...]

UN Reports That Muslims Are at Risk of Racial Holocaust
This might just possibly be the funniest thing you will read all week. And by funny, I don’t mean “Ha Ha”, I mean “do these clams taste funny to you?”
The Organisation of Islamic Conference at the UN contends that Muslims are at risk of a racial holocaust.
The group is pushing to make “defamation of Islam” a global [...]

Why Government Spending Does Not Stimulate Economic Growth
In a throwback to the 1930s and 1970s, Democratic lawmakers are betting that America’s economic ills can be cured by an extraordinary expansion of government. This tired approach has already failed repeatedly in the past year

Get out while you can
This is why my senior thesis was all about how the right to vote in America should be restricted. Of course I know that many of the people who voted for Obama are mistaken, misguided and widely illiterate and uneducated. I’m still miffed by the number of supposedly educated people who voted for him. Turns out I was wrong to be concerned about the supposedly “smart” ones. Turns out there are more stupid people out there than even I, with my inflated self-image, suspected. This is what I suggest. Get out now. This fight isn’t even worth it.

GOPMOM Note: Bill Ayers is correct - on one thing
“…if you ingest too much FoxNews, you will be confused…” Or something like that. Frankly, I can’t be bothered to look it up exactly. But Bill is right - because he was addressing students on an American university campus, Georgetown. And if you are 18-25 in America today you will be confused if you watch too much, or any, FoxNews.

GOPMOM Note : More girding (re: Prop 8) - UPDATED
UPDATED BELOW
Um, excuse me, but I have a question. If, as I keep hearing, the election of Obama isn’t really a Liberal “mandate”, not the final nail in the Conservative coffin, the US is still a moderate nation, and there really is nothing to be afraid of, why are all the gay marriage militants protesting [...]

GOPMOM Note - The fix is in.
I’ve been subjected to much criticism for my comments that the Presidential election was won fraudulently. I’ve given many reasons for it but it all boils down to two things - money and voter registration. We know the Obama campaign did not conduct it’s fundraising efforts in an ethical manner. Only God, and Tony Rezco maybe, know from where all that money came.
